1. Purpose

These terms and conditions are intended to define the rights, obligations, responsibilities, and other necessary matters between the Company and users regarding the use of the AI-based cryptocurrency trading platform service (hereinafter "Service") provided by MONSTA (hereinafter "the Company").

🤖"Service" refers to AI-based cryptocurrency trading signals, portfolio management, market analysis, and other services provided by the Company.

👤"User" refers to members and non-members who use the services provided by the Company in accordance with these terms.

✅"Member" refers to a person who has entered into a service agreement with the Company and has been assigned a member ID.

📊"Signal" refers to cryptocurrency trading recommendation information provided through AI analysis.

3. Effect and Amendment of Terms

1These terms become effective by being announced to all users who wish to use the service.

2The Company may amend these terms within the scope not violating relevant laws if necessary.

3When the Company amends the terms, it will announce the effective date and reason for change within the service.

5. Membership Registration

1Users apply for membership by filling in member information according to the form prescribed by the Company and agreeing to these terms.

2Membership registration may be rejected if there are false statements, omissions, or errors in the registration information.

6. Member Obligations

1Services are divided into paid and free services, and free services have limited features.

2When using paid services, members must pay the fees set by the Company through designated methods.

3USDT (cryptocurrency) is supported as a payment method.

4Cancellation and refund after payment completion are subject to the Company's refund policy.

7. Paid Service

Signals and analysis information provided by the Company are not investment recommendations, and the final investment decision is the responsibility of the user.

The Company is not responsible for service interruption due to force majeure such as natural disasters, system failures, or third-party attacks.
