MONSTA (hereinafter "the Company") collects and uses personal information for the following purposes. Collected personal information will not be used for purposes other than the specified purposes, and if the purpose of collection changes, prior consent will be obtained.

Member information and service usage records are retained until membership withdrawal. Information is separately retained according to relevant laws such as the Electronic Commerce Act (5 years), Protection of Communications Secrets Act (3 months), etc.

The Company destroys personal information without delay when it becomes unnecessary due to expiration of retention period, achievement of processing purpose, etc. Electronic files are deleted irreversibly, and paper documents are shredded or incinerated.

The Company does not provide users' personal information to third parties in principle. However, exceptions are made when the user has given prior consent or when required by law.

The Company entrusts personal information processing to USDT payment processors, AWS (cloud infrastructure), Supabase (database), and Telegram (notification service) for service provision.
